Curious what was going on in the alley during this month’s night market?
It was the first of our pop-up dinners; where we open the space to the public for a ticketed, seated dinner with a different chef or restaurant each month. The intimate setting is away from the crowds and the (sometimes) long lines to get food, so you can enjoy an exclusive dining and drinking experience during Honolulu Night Market.
The Pig and The Lady kicked it off with a bang! Guests were treated with a 7-course beef dinner and beer offering, while watching their food prepared onsite. Not to mention, they had great seats to the San Lorenzo Fashion Show! Check out the photos below:

Here’s the scoop on this month’s pop-up dinner…and boy, does it sounds DELICIOUS!!
“Where’s the beef? Well, it’s going to be SEVEN COURSES OF BEEF (Bò bảy món)for this weekend’s pop-up dinner, and if you were one of the lucky few who attended the first dinner we did with this menu, it was quite an experience. And yes, it’s a meat lover’s dream, but what is great about “seven courses of beef,” like all Vietnamese cuisine, there is a great emphasis on vegetables including basils, mints, lettuce, plus pickled veggies that are used to make wraps to dip in a variety of sauces. “
